4. Products & Availability

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or PayPal.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
Horizon Reef is not responsible for:
- delays caused by couriers
- customs processing times
- incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- lost packages due to courier errors (claims must be opened with the carrier)
Once the package is handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy applies to all purchases. Customers in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU). As a commercial benefit, Horizon Reef extends this period to 30 days for all customers worldwide, provided items are unused and in original condition.
Non‑returnable items include:
- Hygienic items (mouthpieces, snorkels, products that contact the mouth/face) if the protective seal has been opened or removed. If the seal is intact, the right of withdrawal applies.
- Gift cards
Defective items require photo/video evidence before approval.

8. Limitation of Liability (A+)
Horizon Reef is not liable for:
- damages resulting from improper use of products
- injuries caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- technical issues, temporary downtime, or interruptions of the website
- delays or failures caused by third‑party services (couriers, payment processors, hosting providers)
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Italian courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
